About
I’m Jenny Marsh — and I’m here to help
Real estate agent by day, homeschool mom by day, teacher by trade. Serving Fort Worth families with the same care I’d want for my own.
My story
A farm, a classroom, and a nudge toward real estate
I grew up on a farm in the middle of nowhere, Pennsylvania — swimming in ponds, raising cattle and sheep, climbing trees in the backwoods. Every night my family gathered around our antique kitchen table for dinner, sometimes a game of UNO, sometimes talking about what we’d learned in church that Sunday. My dad was a veterinarian. My mom, my brother, and I learned early what it meant to take care of things and show up for people. That farm gave me a work ethic I still carry — up early, responsible, hands-on.
The other people who shaped me were my teachers. They were safe places for me as a kid, and their love for children lit something in me. I became a teacher myself — first grade, second grade, reading remediation, fourth grade — and spent years learning how to study people, to notice what someone needs before they know how to say it. I still remember a mom coming into my classroom wanting to know exactly what I did, because her son with autism had never been that successful in school before. That’s when I understood: I’m good at seeing people.
My husband Andy started flipping houses with his best friend, and we decided real estate would be our retirement plan. Two years ago, I felt the Lord nudge me toward real estate classes, and here I am. I found my home at 6th Avenue Homes because Jimmy and Jamey were kind, direct, and authentic from the very first meeting — and because they genuinely care about their agents succeeding, not just closing deals.
I know Southwest Fort Worth, Aledo, Arlington Heights, Willow Park, Walsh Ranch, Mansfield, and Benbrook well enough to drive you through them myself. I’m newer to this business, but I’ve spent my whole life studying people and caring for them — and that doesn’t change with a license number.

Before real estate
Before real estate, I spent years in the classroom — nominated for Teacher of the Year, featured in the Dallas Morning News for my teaching strategies, and asked to train fellow teachers in Richardson ISD on how I connect with students. I bring that same attentiveness to every buyer and seller I work with today.
Honest. Direct. Thorough. That’s what you deserve
My turf
Where I work
I work with buyers and sellers across Southwest Fort Worth, Aledo, Arlington Heights, Willow Park, Walsh Ranch, Mansfield, and Benbrook — and honestly, I’m open to helping anywhere right now as I build my experience. I don’t have a “type” of client. What I care about is connecting with you, understanding what you actually need, and helping you get there.

Arlington Heights
Older homes with character, close in.

Southwest Fort Worth
Mature trees, established streets, where I live.

Aledo, Willow Park & Walsh Ranch
Room to spread out, strong schools.
Life outside the listings
The rest of it
Open house Saturdays, a sign in someone’s yard, lunch with Andy, and three kids who think a fire truck is the best thing that ever happened on a Tuesday.
