For buyers

You’ll always know what’s next

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make. My job is to explain the why behind every step, so you’re deciding with real information instead of guessing.

How it goes

Six steps from first coffee to keys

01

Sit down together

We talk through what you want, where you want it, your timeline, and what your family actually needs from a house.

02

Get your financing straight

You talk to a lender first so we know your real numbers. I’ll introduce you to a few if you don’t have one yet.

03

Search with a filter that fits

I set up your search so new homes reach you fast, and I’ll tell you honestly when one isn’t worth your Saturday.

04

Tour and narrow down

We walk houses together. I point out what I’d want to know if I were buying it — the good and the expensive.

05

Write a strong offer

We talk price, terms, and what you’re comfortable with, then I negotiate for you and keep you posted the whole way.

06

Inspect, close, celebrate

Option period, inspections, repairs, appraisal, and closing day — I chase the details so nothing catches you off guard.

When you’re ready

Let’s make a plan that fits your timeline

Even if you’re a year out. The earlier we talk, the more options you have when the right house shows up.
